Cash-to-Cash Services: Our Cash-to-Cash Services enable a Sender to transfer monies to a Receiver at another location through our network of business associates ("Business Associates") in the various countries designated by us. In order to find out more about our services and the location of these Business Associates and their operating hours, you may contact the relevant hotlines provided by us and/or our Business Associates.

Cash-to-Account Services: Our Cash-to-Account Services enable a Sender to transfer monies to a Receiver through the crediting of the Receiver's account ("Receiver's Account") with an authorized financial institution as approved by us.  At present, we do not credit the credit card accounts of Receivers.

Send Limits: here may be currency and quantum limit(s) applicable on the amount(s) that may be transferred by a Sender, whether in a single or cumulative number of transactions. Please check with our Business Associates on the limit(s) and restrictions that may apply to you.

Payment and Foreign Exchange: The monies transferred by the Sender ("Send Amount") will typically be paid out to the Receiver in cash or credited to the Receiver's Account in the domestic currency of the Receiver's jurisdiction. All payments will be subject to availability of the relevant currency, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and the conditions at the Receiver's location. In certain circumstances, the Send Amount need to be, and may be converted to another currency subject to the payment of local taxes and administrative charges at Receiver's location. Any such conversion of the Send Amount shall be carried out at such conversion rate as we and/or the Business Associates may determine from time to time. The currency exchange rate on the Send Form is indicative only and we and/or the Business Associates reserve the right to vary the same in our absolute discretion.

Validity Period: In relation to our Cash-to-Cash Services, the Receive Amount is valid for payment to a Receiver for a period of not more than 30 days (Payment Period) from the date of the Send Form. After the lapse of the Payment Period, the Send Amount shall be available as (i) a refund to the Sender; or (ii) available for payment to a Receiver, according to the prevailing currency exchange rate as determined by us at such time of payment.

Refund: The Send Form, once given, is irrevocable without our written consent. The Sender may request for a refund of the Send Amount and/or a termination of the money transfer transaction by visiting the location of our Business Associate where the transfer originated and producing: (i) the original Send Form; (ii) a written request in writing; and (iii) such other documents as we may reasonably require. All such requests for a refund or termination shall be subject to our consent and the payment of relevant administrative and conversion charges.  There shall be no such refund or termination in the event that the Send Amount has been credited to the Receiver's Account or paid to the Receiver.

No deposit and interest: The Send Amount(s) collected by us and/or our Business Associates for our "Cash to Cash" Services are not and shall not be deemed to be a deposit of any kind and shall not be entitled to interest or earnings.

Identification: Sender and Receiver must provide (i) a valid Payout Code (where applicable) and (ii) valid photo identification (such as a valid identification card or passport) which is acceptable to us and/or our Business Associates for all of our Cash-to-Cash and Cash-to-Account Services.  By submitting the Send Form, you are representing that all information provided by you is true, complete, accurate and not misleading.  You further grant us and/or our Business Associates the right to verify the accuracy of all information and documents provided by you in any manner whatsoever. You also acknowledge that any such information and documents may be released to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Account Registration: In relation to our Cash-to-Account Services, the Receiver shall register with our Customer Service Centre by contacting the relevant hotlines provided by us and/or our Business Associates or such other method as may be determined by us.  As part of the registration process, relevant information of the Receiver including but not limited to the Receiver's name, Receiver's contact details, account number and account name shall be provided to us for the purposes of registration.

Personal Capacity: We only conduct transactions for individuals who are acting in their personal capacity, for and on their own behalf.  By submitting the Send Form, you are representing that you are acting in your personal capacity and are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, whether directly or indirectly.

Liability: Neither we nor our Business Associates shall be liable for any losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with inter alia any delay, non-payment or shortfall in payment, whether caused by negligence, fraud or otherwise, and our liability and that of our Business Associates hereunder shall be limited to the Send Amount and all sending fees and applicable taxes paid by the Sender.  In no circumstances shall we, or our Business Associates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.

Compliance: We and/or our Business Associates may decline to carry out a money transfer transaction, if such acceptance or payment will or may potentially violate any applicable laws or regulations, or any of our policies and requirements. Money transfer transactions may also be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Miscellaneous: We reserve the right to: (i) amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein; (ii) change the nature and type of services we provide or the manner in which such services are provided; and (iii) refuse to provide our services to any person in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
