1. Obtain POC number and relevant transfer details from the Sender.
2. Attend the nearest Agent office providing Cash-to-Cash services.
3. Complete a Receive Form.
4. Submit the Receive Form, POC number, and acceptable identification to the Officer.
5. Receive cash
6. First-time users will receive a UAN card (Unique Account Number)*

*UAN is a Unique Account Number provided to all customers to enable our Agents to recognize you on the future visits, thus saving time.
